Details   For us this area is central to our operation, with a temperate climate meaning there is minimal frost pressure during winter coupled with lower day time temperatures in the peak of summer. Some would say the perfect climate for growing green vegetables. The farms we operate on are on varied fertile and well drained soils with reliable irrigation.
