We grow iceberg lettuce in the open all year around. It is hand picked every day to ensure fresh produce. Bagged and tagged out in the field, the lettuce is vacuum chilled right after harvest to prolong the shelf life and to guarantee the best quality.
Besides bagging lettuce we also supply our customers with loose lettuce, which leaves a nice frame of leaves around the head.
